The Black Loyalists were those brave and honorable people who defended British Empire during the American Revolutionary War for freedom and liberty. After the war, they relocated to the Maritimes, specifically, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland and built one of the first major Black settlements in Canada. Their legacy can be traced back to the Book of Negroes and many of the Loyalists communities still exist today. For those who are loyal to the cause and in celebration of us!
