Returns and Exchanges

For all exchanges and returns, please email with "Return/Exchange" within the subject title and please reference your order confirmation number. Please state the reason for the return and exchange in your email. 

If the product is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact immediately. Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged when being sent to us for return or exchange so please keep your tracking number and ensure your order is packaged and labelled correctly.
