Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom Orders & Pre-Order can take up to 3 weeks to process and ship - updates via email will be sent regularly, however, orders can be delayed due to supply chain, postal service issues, and inventory issues that are outside of our control - we appreciate your patience in these cases.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for Canada Post. 

We offer FREE shipping Canada Wide for all orders over $75 CAD.

Local Pick Up

Free local pick up is available for orders within the Greater Toronto Area and must be picked up within 14 days in the North York or Scarborough area.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, select Caribbean islands. 

If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to Russia, China, Brazil, Mexico or Chile, however, exceptions could be made depending on order size and customer needs. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer $35 flat rate shipping to USA via DHL. All international orders are subject to duties and taxes.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clutch Life 85 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@clutchlife85.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes!

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our full Return Policy for more details

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@clutchlife85.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
